Some steaks tell more than a story from the grill. Their story begins on the vast pastures of Argentina.
Here the Hereford and Black Angus cattle of Ojo de Agua grow up under open skies all year round. Lush pastures, natural feeding and the experience of Argentine gauchos shape a way of raising cattle in which quality begins long before the first cut.
Behind Ojo de Agua stands the Swiss artist and entrepreneur Dieter Meier. His passion for Argentina and his conviction that exceptional meat has its origin in nature shape the philosophy of the brand.
